Nordic Walking is a welcoming and sociable activity. It’s basically cross-country skiing, using specially adapted poles. These help to propel you forwards and intensify your walking effort. Once you get the hang of the technique, it turns every walk into a full-body workout. It allows you to explore the countryside and keep fit at the same time!

 

I'm a British Nordic Walking accredited instructor, working in Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth and Coventry, and I offer introductions, skills coaching and organised walks and treks for:

  • Family and friends bespoke group

  • Turn-up-and-walk-together groups

Beginners Course Prices
 
  • Groups of 1-4 people: 5 lessons £40. Inc. pole hire​
  • Groups of 5-8 people: 5 lessons £36. Inc. pole hire​
  • 1-2-1 coaching £15 per session/£70 for 5 sessions
  • Turn up and walk: £8 per session. Inc. pole hire
  • Nordic poles and back-to-walking Activator poles

GO FROM NEWBIE TO NORDIC WALKER IN 2 WEEKS. WITH AN INTENSIVE SMALL-GROUP COURSE. CHOOSE FROM:

  • 3 x 1 hour weekday lessons per week over two weeks

  • 2 x 1.5 hour lessons per weekend over two weekends

  • Great for friends and family groups. Maximum group size of 4

  • Cost is just £45pp for 6 hours training. Pole hire included
