For the duration of the coronavirus crisis all group classes are regrettably suspended on safety grounds, in line with current government advice.
Normal service will be restored as soon as possible. In the meantime, stay safe. Take full advantage of your one-a-day exercise slot outdoors if you can. Walk, run, cycle for 30-60 mins per day. Get the habit, it can be the start of a new relationship with exercise!
